These are the rules to which you must agree to follow to be permitted by Applied Market Solutions LLC to use this website:
1. This website may only be used by residents of Canada and the United States of America and territories of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older. Applied Market Solutions LLC reserves the right to add or remove access by any geographic area at any time
2. This website operates under the principle of Freedom of Speech, which means you are free to say whatever you want as long as it does not result in physical, mental or economic harm to another. Speech that reflects hate, violence, or bullying is not permitted. You are responsible for what you say in every instance. If you cannot adhere to these limitations, in their full spirit, you are not permitted to use this site, and if discovered or reported and confirmed by the Administrator, your account will be deleted without notice. We do not use AI to automatically scrub message content, so cannot review content. We rely on Recipeints and Users to report violations
3. The user is responsible for all content on their account, including any libelous comments. This website may only be used for legal activities and all rights and content will be immediately removed in the event any illegal activity is suspected by or known to the Administrator, who may for any reason and in its sole discretion, delete the user's account and report such activity to the respective authorities. The Administrator of this website is Applied Market Solutions LLC or its designee.
4. All transactions on this website are conducted in U.S. currency
5. This website functions only in the English language although the encryption-decryption may work for any language that utilizes US-standard keyboard characters.
6. All policies of this website are enforceable whether or not the user has assented to them (checked off on the associated confirmation statements).
7. Applied Market Solutions LLC is not responsible for the release or theft of any messages or any consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of this site. Its total and maximum liability due to any cause related to the use of this website is limited to the amount of the last charge made to the User's credit card.
8. Your messages are encrypted using a secret set of algorithms that we believe to be unbreakable. Since we may not be able to fully anticipate the full extent to which someone might go or may not be aware of the extent of technology that might be deployed in efforts to reverse this encryption, we cannot 100% guarantee message security. Also, we use a lower level of encryption on the Titles of your messages, so we recommend you do not include secret information in your titles.
9. The user retains the right to erase his or her content and the right to be forgotten as follows: The User may delete their account at any time and the account's message content will be immediately erased from the current database (but not necessarily from prior database back-ups). Your history of Payments and your Acknowledgements are NOT deleted and will be retained indefinitely. In addition, the User may delete any message they have created at any time themselves up until they delete their account. Upon deletion of an account, the functions of the website may no longer be used and any account credit card balance will be refunded within 45-days, if not immediately.
10. Housekeeping: The User is responsible for retaining copies of all messages before and after encrypting if they wish to retain them. This site is not responsible for the loss of any messages, failure to deliver a message, or any consequences of failures occuring on or from using this website. All User messages greater than 90-days old will be archived and will be automatically erased after another 90-days. Retention of messages over 90-days old is at the sole discretion of the Administrator. Accounts inactive for 12-months will also be automatically deleted.
11. This website may not work on older browsers and may not work on all devices. The User is responsible for determining the fitness of this website for their needs and equipment. This website has minimized connections with third-party sites-the main connection being with the credit card processor.
12. To the best of our knowledge, this website complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation from the European Union, even though this website is limited to U.S. and Canadian domestic use. This website is also PCI compliant.
13. You will be charged an initial balance (say, $29.50) and then each message will reduce the balance by a per-message charge (say $0.79). When the balance is reduced to a minimum level (say $7.90), the balance will be refilled to the initial level (by charging you $21.60 to refill your account to the original balance). The number of simultaneous messages, if large enough in number, may result in balance-refill charges larger than the amount stated herein -- large enough to cover the total message cost and bring the balance back up to its original level. These amounts do not include taxes. If this website's service charges are deemed to be taxable, the user will be responsible for paying the taxes and will be charged an additional amount to cover any previously-uncharged taxes that are or have become due. Rates are subject to change at any time.
14. Applied Market Solutions LLC reserves the right, its sole discretion, to suspend the use of the website at any time for any length of time, including forever, and for any reason whatsoever, including technical, functional, financial, performance, or any other.
